We know this policy is inconvenient, but as we grow, we hope to make returns and exchanges easier for everyone.
Since everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or based on preference.
Damaged or defective items? No worries — just drop us a message with photos within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll happily arrange a free replacement or refund.
Missing or delayed packages? If a tracking update has gone stale or something looks lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date — we’ll help sort it out.
