The following policy was in effect when The Dairy Drop was operational:

Since everything was made to order, we didn't accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or based on preference.

Damaged or defective items? We arranged free replacements or refunds for items with photos submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Missing or delayed packages? We helped sort out tracking issues and lost packages reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
